Floor Tom Rattle

The plastic piece on top is really really lose and rattles after tom hits.

2 people found this helpful. Anyone have any ideas what this is or if this is normal. Due to a cramped space i have always had to have my 18 on my left side next to the the snare. Not a buzzing but it s really odd.
